The service advisor only attempted once to get ahold of me once my car was done. They patched the one tire but didn't bother to fill the other 3. Didn't offer a car wash or put down mats in the foot well.

Check engine light came on 48 hours after buying it and after the techs cleared the code the first time I drove an hour and a half to have it looked at, I was just told all the techs were going home early and asked to come back for an appointment. Made the appointment, then the day before it was scheduled, was told because the code hasn't come back up they won't know what to do and not to come in. Thanks for not sticking to your word.

I'd rate zero stars if I could. I didnt buy a Murano from Midway. I didn't get a Murano serviced at Midway. SOMEHOW my contact info got added to the person's account who did. HOW do you mess that up?! I wouldn't trust Midway with my personally identifiable information, if I were you. You'll start getting Carfax emails, emails from the Credit Union that financed the actual customer's Murano. I had to look the dude up on Facebook to let him know the Credit Union needed proof of insurance. ZERO stars.

Absolutely terrible experience at midway the service advisor Kyle Hammontree has the worst attitude refused the services I asked for, I specifically asked for an electrical diagnosis he said ok when I paid $200 and asked what he found he stated he never did the electrical diagnosis it didnt need it because his volt meter said it was fine now my car is in the shop still at another Nossaa a n dealership who specifically told me the issue was electrical right off the bat extremely disappointed

Lying tech and rude manager supporting lying tech.
I purchased the vehicle in early January and Ive been to the service department 3 weeks in a row for a check engine light. They dont have a rental to borrow so 3 Saturdays in a row Ive been stranded at home waiting. I work a full time job Mon-Fri, the weekend are for chores and play dates and thats difficult to schedule when your car is held hostage all day. I also didnt know the vehicle was in an accident before purchasing it.

They where horrible when buying the car my breaks went out with my kids on the freeway way a month later my car stopped working they had to come get it then it stopped again I had to them get someone to come get it my battery died and they never tried helping me get into another car . This was the worst customer service I have had a they never helped to put me into anything else they are just tryna take my money with no help on anything of putting me into something similar or anything .
