Terrible job performed. Service advisor was less than helpful. Will not bring my car back for service ever again.

Poor customer service. Felt rushed and pressured! No callbacks or updates when expected. I wont buy from here again

I had to bring my jeep in because they said they did a full inspection before I bought it and took it home but I found several things that were wrong big and small that anyone would have caught if they actually had gone over it like the front right light was out, needed new windshield wipers, a chip in the windshield, the winch remote was missing, and when I drove it home it was going to the left so bad there was clearly something wrong. We went to Midway Nissan because that was the recommended Carfax facility to go to. They charges $111 to rotate the tires and do an oil change. The mileage was 39,671 mi. And now they want us to come back and get charged again to do a 40,000 mile inspection. They are rip off and I would never go there again. You shouldn't either.

I was not satisfy with the repair that they did. The amount was way high when they had told me it was going to be something else.the part they fix was not new.

They were very dishonest and their service department manager name I believe Mike was very rude and arrogant, he had no knowledge and experience to be in that position, I took my 2013 Nissan Altima over to Midway Nissan to repair my front signal running light but instead he was trying to convince me that my car is not designed for the signal light to stay on, I told them that I purchased this car here and I own it since 2013 and it was always on, they told me the reason why it was on because you put a wrong light bulb in it ... read more

Guy was great, car was obviously not fully inspected prior to trying to sell it. Multiple things falling apart in side car, stains on the seat... definitely a turn and burn vehicle.

I was quoted 425.00 Upon pickup, the bill was 588, with no phone call in between.

When I got back into my car, the temperature was set at 65 degree and radio was almost full volume. Seat was all the way back and down to the floor. I won't be going back there again.
