I was pre qualified through Capital One Bank. And had a pre-qualified down payment, and I was bumped $1700. I was not happy. Having worked with-in the car industry, I know how they work back in the finance department. They haven't changed in ten yrs. The finance manager blamed the bump on the bank. The bank didn't tell me anything about a $1700 dollar increase.

My service advisor Kyle was nice as always. The service I received doesn't deserve a star at all. I looked under the hood of my car after leaving the service department while being helped at the auto parts store, and discovered that the bolts from my battery guard and where some sensors are located was not bolted down as well. I'm scared to bring my car back for future repairs because next time it could be way worse.

Every word from the salesman was false and a lie, just to get the sale. Terry in finance was excellent and a true professional, the only reason this wasnt a one star.

They were supposed to replace with an Alpine radio but instead replaced it with a Jensen radio. When I picked it up and told them, the service advisor told me it wasnt on him and to talk to the service manager. When she came out and I told her the issue she said I was lying and she didnt know what I was talking about instead of checking with sales before calling the customer a liar. This was the fourth time having to bring my Jeep in when I just bought it a month ago. I brought it in because it was overheating and the carfax report said the brakes were over due. There Was no coolant and the brakes shouldnt have been over due if Midway Nissan actually checked everything like they said they did when I purchased the vehicle.
