Although we didn't purchase a car through this company we had a great experience. Christian was very helpful and friendly and highly recommend him to help you find your car! Only reason we didn't buy a car from there was our change of interests in the type of vehicle. Minus one star because they add $1,000 to the price of vehicle if you don't finance through them.
Service team: I scheduled an appointment to have a Nissan Leaf issue evaluated with Gianfranco Iacovo, service advisor. Communication from the beginning seemed straightforward and honest. Took our 2016 Rogue in for an oil change (25000). Luis was my service advisor. Had scheduled a 9 a.m. appointment. Got there just right after 9 a.m., parked in the service line. Within minutes of getting out of my vehicle I was approached by someone asking how they could help me. I said I had a 9 a.m. appointment with Luis. I'm trying to respond to Arron who responded to my review about the staff member not working here.. that staff member was fired the next day for the treatment of my family. So kudos to the higher ups for dealing with the frustrating situation. Also I have no idea what yelp did with the rest of the review but I never deleted the paragraphs of anger that I wrote. My daughter and I went to look for a car for her. We didn't want to talk to any of the salesman because they're normally so pushy and about making their money, but we were pleasantly surprised when our salesman Daniel Festa came to assist us. He wasn't high pressure, listened to our wants and needs, and helped her get in the perfect car for her budget. It's a shame that Midway Nissan has only 2 stars. I am shocked. I bought a 2019 370z from them a couple of months ago and had a great experience. Kevin, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The next day my husband was washing my car and noticed my rim was scratched. Of course he assumed I curb checked it. Just purchased a 2019 Nissan Kicks from here and I'm more than happy with the decision to come here! Initially I was looking online and decided to stop in to have any questions answered. So, I need to now update my review to lower my rating. The company didn't get my title submitted and then lied when I called them. Here's how I know. The day before I called, nothing was showing on the MVD website regarding my title. I call the next day and they transfer me to the title lady, who says, "Oh, this was already submitted." What. A. Disaster. My username says I reside in CA for some reason, but no, I am just down the street from Midway. I bought a car about six weeks ago and things seemed alright. They asked me to leave a review. I could not understand why there were ten years worth of one star reviews. Now I know.
