Omg..... I can't say enough about my salesman Terry Baker!!!! I was so worried about coming into a dealership as a single young woman and purchasing a car. Then I met Mr. Terry and my worries and anxiety were soothed by his experienced, professional, and very knowledgeable demeanor. This guy is smooth!!!!! Had a great experience with Gabby buying our 2020 truck. She was attentive, listened to what we wanted and showed us an awesome truck PERFECT for towing our new travel trailer. Price was good and service excellent!

This review is just about Mark Wylie, the service manager and Tim Beyer, the general manager. I had been having my 280Z restored at this dealership. After a very long time of having the car here and going through 3 service managers, I was told that they could not complete the job. I asked for a refund of the monies that I had paid. After a little negotiation, we settled for an amount that I feel was fair to both sides. Mark and Tim were nice to deal with and we parted ways with no hard feelings. I just wanted to say a big thank you to one of your all star employees. Emily went out of her way to help me when I was stuck outside sprouts with a dead battery! As many people drove past , Emily didn't hesitate in offering me help. In today's world it is so refreshing to see that kind of a person:) Im sure she brings that in to Nissan as well . We are so happy with the service! The staff here is friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had and make the buying process easy and quick! Samantha helped us as soon as we walked in and was so kind and helpful! We will definitely look to Midway Nissan for any future purchases!

Happy with the service and vehicle I purchased from Midway Nissan. My father and I were interested in the current trade in special being offered and decided to stop by and check out what vehicles they were offering. Joe Jarrin, the sales consultant, was quick to aid us in our search for vehicles. Joe was knowledgable about the features offered with each vehicle (new/used), and was helpful throughout the whole process. Sorry Josh, I never saw your answer. I sent a text to Ulises on Saturday telling him about the scratches and the paint coming off and he called me back immediately telling me to call him on Monday and he would make an appointment for me. I sent him a text on Monday morning and he got right back to me explaining that he was at the dealership that day but if I could bring the van in Tuesday morning, he would get it to their detail department. I had a good experience at Midway Nissan. My only complaint is that when I tried to buy my car I met with three different people. I still after buying my car couldn't tell you which one of them sold me the car. However, each of them were professional and made the process as easy as possible.
