Wish I could give 0 stars. This clinic is FOR PROFIT not the people. Avoid at all costs! No reason anyone should ever be coming here. Go to the ER or your provider. Was charged $160 for a video call, COVID follow up and they wanted to call me twice! Once to tell me I have it, once to make sure I'm still alive. That would have been over $320 in just post-covid follow up! Unreal. My provider NP Michael forgot to send my prescription to the correct pharmacy, until I called the office back 5 more times to remind/confirm. Labs were supposed to be ran and he forgot to order them, so I got retested and my results were "lost" and I still got billed. I could not have had worse care.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN A THREE MONTH LONG DEBACLE WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. I literally can't stress this enough. The doctors were nice everything was fine. My insurance got messed up so my claim was denied and I was sent the full bill. I called the billing department to fix my insurance and everything went through and I paid what was owed after insurance. The staff and the Doctor were great. The place was nicely set up. Trouble is I was DOUBLE BILLED. After they cashed my check they charged my credit card. ONE WEEK later. I would go back but not if I had to give them my credit card info!! AND NO ONE EVER answered the billing Dept. phone. I finally got thru by choosing the "pay your bill" extension!!! The refund took 2 MONTHS. Funny but true. SO BEWARE!!

This place is unprofessional and disrespectful of their patients' time! I used to go to this clinic when it was Medspring and now that I have been under both managements, I can confirm that I will no longer keep Midwest in mind when needing a clinic. I came in for a physical a week ago and was not immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The my experience with the doctor was 5 star however the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. I was treated here last week and had a normal complication with the antibiotic I was given. I called to inquire if my lab results were in so that I could schedule my follow up and not have to come in twice for treatment for the complication and to get my lab results.
