After anxiously awaiting my COVID results for 4 days & voicing my worry to the tech about seeing my family, she went above and beyond keeping a close eye on the labs and even giving me a personal phone call to ensure I got my results the minute they came through so I could go see my family. What an amazing person & facility! Thank you Esmay!!

COVID testing at the Broadway location could not have been easier. Professional and friendly staff. Results provided to me in 3 days via a virtual consultation with a physician. I would highly recommend this location for anyone needing a test.

Went for a Covid test at this location. Fantastic experience: -Easy scheduling - and they worked with my insurance -Efficient -Professional -Results back in 40 hrs -The woman who greeted me and got me settled was pleasant and kind -The clinician who did the test (Rachel) was friendly, efficient and professional -The follow-up call with results (yay negative!) with Dr. Cecchetto was straightforward and professional.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I needed a Tdap vaccine and I was in and out in 15 minutes. As advised, I reserved a time online and did all the paperwork online before I arrived. The facility was exceptionally clean. The team was pleasant, answered all my questions, and the vaccine was virtually painless and was so quick. The nurse did a great job of distracting me (as I am not a fan of needles). I would definitely recommend visiting this clinic to anyone!

Excellent care and friendly service each time I've been there. I've never had a long wait. It's sparkling clean and they are always spraying the clinic down and disinfecting it. The PA and nurse practitioner were great and very attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's so nice having them in the neighborhood.

I had a pleasant experience here. The entire staff was very friendly, from the receptionist/x-ray tech, the very caring nurse, and the open and transparent MD all did a great job during my visit. I very much appreciated the candor the doc displayed about his thoughts. All in all this is a place I'd go back to.

I wish medical professionals would start thinking outside of the box more and not base their care off textbook lessons. I came in with difficulty breathing/wheezing, body aches, chills, fever. I explained I've had pneumonia before as well as other respiratory issues. I was sent home with cough syrup and an inhaler. I came back the next day as my fever and breathing worsened now accompanied by severe stabbing chest pain. This location commits insurance billing fraud, which is a criminal offense. I private paid up front for a $10 B12 shot. I explicitly told the front desk no need for my insurance to be sent a claim for a $10 injection. They did not listen. And bc I had my insurance card on file for years before, they submitted a claim for $260 to my insurance. Shady billing they insist on taking a credit card on file and then claim there were issues with your insurance that only happened there and then they charge your credit card for the full amount that was submitted to insurance. I hope this place gets in trouble for this.
