Useless. Went here after having a high fever (around 102-103+) for a week without other symptoms, which isn't normal. I was told to take Naproxen and ride it out. When I asked if it could be a bacterial infection the nurse practitioner told me it's probably a cold - even though I had no respiratory symptoms and my lungs were clear - and told me blood work was unnecessary. Came here with chest pain and difficulty breathing got an ekg even though i told them about previous lung problems and no heart issues. Medical assistant made me feel like i was the biggest inconvenience. Doctor TAPPED MY FOREHEAD AND ASKED IF IT HURT, completely ignored my lung issues and diagnosed me with acid reflux. You have better luck going under a bridge for medical help.

website is a total scam! went here with girlfriend. she has strep throat and pharmacys won't give the cure without a prescription. this place said clearly on their website that no insurance is needed. it states $15-$25 for the strep test. we can't afford insurance and have to skip meals just to afford the $25 and prescription. when we arrived at the 60062 location they had a hidden fee of $150 more!!!! We are not looking to contribute to the nations completely corrupt healthcare system. These are scammers!! Don't go her... read more

don't come here and waste your time if you need test results. i came with a scheduled appointment and had to wait 2+ HOURS because they had ONE provider working. not to mention they make you come back and pay a co-pay just to SEE AND DISCUSS YOUR RESULTS. is this not illegal? most places post their results and you can just view them but nope not this place! they posted a half sheet of the results where i could see half the information but none of the important information so do not come here. it didn't used to be this way so... read more

Location in West Loop. 779 W Adams St. Malpractice concern. If I could rate with zero stars, I would. The staff at the desk were pretty nice. I was in the waiting room for some time, however, when the doctor finally came in she asked if I was there to remove sutures. I was confused and she mentioned that I was in the wrong room. Anywho? I came in with an injured knee and I waited in my room for OVER AN HOUR until I had to go ask someone to see me. she didn't even look at my knee and just told me I had to go somewhere else for an x ray- and nobody told me ahead of time. I've reached out countless times for a doctors note and a question about my prescription from both locations and neither will help me. They put me on hold until it times out. Go ANYWHERE else if you're in need. Midwest express is horrid

Do not come here. In addition to my co-pay, I was charged for getting a basic strep test - for which they did not tell me wouldn't be covered by my insurance. I came in because I had a sore throat for a long time - and you're telling me that I'm paying extra to figure that out? There are better clinics in the city. Never coming here again.

incorrectly read xray. poor care quality. The xray tech stated there was no fracture in my toe, i sent the xray back for it to be rechecked, they doubled down that there was no break. Here i am 3 months later and its still broken. So unwilling to admit they made a mistake. As a POC i feel my concerned were not taken seriously.

Came for a urgent care visit and the doctor sent for some results. They said she will call me back for medication after results come in, but she never did So basically I didn't get proper care for my issue. When I called them back, they said doctor had been on vacation and no one else can follow up Then again I called back the next day so they said the doctor called me back and since I missed it, I will have to come back as a new urgent care visit Extremely frustrated!
