Lakeview community - thats a scam spot - the office visit is only $120 (what they say you at the reception) apparently only if you pay without insurance, I had a visit on 5/30/22 for a minor acne (1spot) on my back that was bothering me wanted for a doctor to see it before my beach vacation- the doctor said nothing has to be done, not even touched me - "you are good" and i left! they billed 249$ to my insurance - leaving me to pay $181 after deductions. Do not go here for COVID tests. They are doing full "office visits" for a simple COVID test, and then billing insurance for those (most likely in order to receive more insurance money). Total charges for a COVID test were $389....just go to Innovative Express if you need a test, as they are not doing these "office visits" when all you need is a COVID test. While the service was fine and the wait time wasn't too bad, a $400 bill was definitely not what I thought I was getting into (and yes, I know insurance covers the COVID t... read more

I'll just say I miss the front office staff at MedSprings(Wicker Park) as they were more transparent and professional. The physicians were ok. I visited this location twice within the past two weeks and to echo what others have experienced, I feel like the current staff are complacent and care far more about billing insurance and collecting co-pays. I had pcr covid tests 3 times here so far for my international trips. First 2 times worked out till 2 months ago, but the last week was total time waste. Before testing, front staff said it will take within 48 hours to get the result, so I waited for 45min and tested after walked in and the NP tested(and the testing was awfully painful. If I could give it a zero I would. I went here for a COVID test and waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I then tested positive and had a follow up telehealth appointment. I never received a bill or was contacted via email or phone about payment, until months later when I heard from a collections agency. If you choose to go here expect egregious service and a lack of transparency.

Ridiculously long wait for a simple covid test. It's 50 mins after my appointment, and nothing has happened. Why would they have you make an appointment if it means nothing?

TLDR: Ladies, avoid!!!!! Sexist establishment!!!!! My boyfriend and I were both exposed to the flu three days ago. We went in together but they saw us separately . We had the *same* nurse, the *same* nurse practitioner (Daisy Sajuan), the *same* symptoms. They gave us both flu tests and they both came back negative (apparently it takes five days after exposure for them to be positive). Sajuan sent me home with nothing, she said I'm fine, to just take some Advil and eat some food. She sent my boyfriend out with prescriptions... read more

I Went here in June for a visit (it is now November). They proceeded to send a bill over mail and I never got it. Was never given an email notification/phone call. I was then sent to collections as a result. Very hard to get in touch with also. I would recommend not going here unless you want to pay hundreds out of pocket. That or don't get sick. Big Thumbs down!
