The experience started off great until it was time for them to follow through with what they said once my loan process was finalized they changed their mind. The finance lady was the worst of them all rude, condescending and lying about the conversation she had with me. Super disappointed that they lie or act like they care. I definitely don't recommend this place!!

I have purchased over the last ten years all my vehicles from Mike Shaw Kia, their sales department has been wonderful; however, their service department has been a horrible experience. I bought tires from Mike Shaw Toyota previously. One tire developed a lump in it due to the wires separating. The tire had plenty of tread left and should not have developed a defect. I brought my vehicle back to Mike Shaw Toyota in calallen. It took them over 4 hours to replace one tire. They told me they placed the wrong tire on my truck ... read more

It started with the toyota white pearl paint has a recall. We took the car in multiple times and we were told that it would be fixed just wait on our call. That has been 5 years that we have been waiting after taking it up there 3 times over the 5 years. I ended up sanding and painting the bad spots to stop the rust. Then when I go to trade the car in they want to try and give me an insulting amount because of the bad paint they refused to fix.
