Apparently settling on a price leaving a deposit ( Because I had to get to work)and Shaking A Mans Hand Means nothing to this Dealership.....

First of all I love Toyota. I always take my truck there for oil change. The reason why I'm rating it a 3 is because my fiance and I was really interested in getting a 2018 Toyota Camry. We talked to the floor manager Victor. And we specifically told him that I was going to be the main signer cause my fiance didn't have credit and we want to stay in the 400 range. Update: the sales part of the deal was PERECT, the finance department however totally screwed me over. Since they didn’t send the check to the bank for the payoff of the previous car I had, the monthly payment still went through and then they ended up calling the bank again and getting the new balance. I was NOT aware of this and now I’m left to pay my new car AND the previous car that I don’t even own anymore. Tried to go in yesterday and purchase a Toyota 4Runner..... long story short after being a repeat customer I would have to say they lost my business. Not only did my deal NOT go through on the count of a “management mix-up” and the manager being “overwhelmed” the unwillingness to negotiate and meet in the middle wasn’t even an option in his eyes. So disappointed and shocked at the way they tried to do business....

Biggest regret ever. I got my first dealership car from there about 4 years ago and was really happy with it. Well I went to trade it in and got another car off the used lot. A 2011 Dodge charger. I've only had it for less than 5 months and within the first month I needed to replace the battery in the fob key, turns out something wrong with it so it drains the battery and I've already gone through 3 so I need to replace the key itself. One star because no star is not an option. I bought my 2018 Camry and everything was going great until I needed to get the windows tinted by them because it was in our agreement. No big deal went the next day got the windows tinted and went on my way, I waited about a week to roll the windows down to avoid messing it up. Once I roll the windows down I realize that the tint on the passengers window was peeling off and that there was a fiber as long as 6 inches stuck in the tinting and the bubbles had dried out but not settled... read more

The only thing I did not like the salesman took my husband Insurance and Driver license and just disappear for a long time. He said he was going to get a car for us to use but he was gone so long that by the time he got the car , we just drove off and service called to say the car was ready. He had our information for at least 45 min with out telling us what he was doing. I did not like that at all.

We bought a 4 Runner from, paid $4,000 extra for extended warranty, and they want us to wait 4 hours just for them to diagnose our vehicle, will not give us a loner vehicle, and y'all have the worst service writers! Very rude and unprofessional, my family will never purchase from y'all again.
