Aj Adame or whatever his name is.., talks a big game and said that the truck has navigation. Come to find out it did not and he said that I have to download a app to get the maps. I told him I know people that have the same trim package as me and they have factory navigation on the head unit and he said he would talk to someone and has never answered back or returned my phone calls.. I bought new tires from here after replacing the factory ones on my tundra that barely made it to 15k miles. There only response in the service department is that there cheap tires from the factory. After taking there recommendation on the new type and style of tire for my tundra I had a blow out on my new tires with in the first 5k miles. I took it in and they responded immediately by we don’t off road hazard on any of our tires we sell after they previously had indicated otherwise at the time of sell. i am very disappointed and downright angry with your establishment. we negotiated a payment of $322.00 for a car for my mother. when my mom gets back from finalizing the paperwork the payment is raised $70 to almost a $400 payment. you took advantage of my mother and grandmother. i will never recommend anyone to do business with your establishment.

Apparently settling on a price leaving a deposit ( Because I had to get to work)and Shaking A Mans Hand Means nothing to this Dealership.....

First of all I love Toyota. I always take my truck there for oil change. The reason why I'm rating it a 3 is because my fiance and I was really interested in getting a 2018 Toyota Camry. We talked to the floor manager Victor. And we specifically told him that I was going to be the main signer cause my fiance didn't have credit and we want to stay in the 400 range. Update: the sales part of the deal was PERECT, the finance department however totally screwed me over. Since they didn’t send the check to the bank for the payoff of the previous car I had, the monthly payment still went through and then they ended up calling the bank again and getting the new balance. I was NOT aware of this and now I’m left to pay my new car AND the previous car that I don’t even own anymore. That’s almost $900 that this place ended up getting from me within a month and that’s not including the down paymen... read more

Tried to go in yesterday and purchase a Toyota 4Runner..... long story short after being a repeat customer I would have to say they lost my business. Not only did my deal NOT go through on the count of a “management mix-up” and the manager being “overwhelmed” the unwillingness to negotiate and meet in the middle wasn’t even an option in his eyes. So disappointed and shocked at the way they tried to do business....

Biggest regret ever. I got my first dealership car from there about 4 years ago and was really happy with it. Well I went to trade it in and got another car off the used lot. A 2011 Dodge charger. I've only had it for less than 5 months and within the first month I needed to replace the battery in the fob key, turns out something wrong with it so it drains the battery and I've already gone through 3 so I need to replace the key itself.
