Extremely horrible customer service!!!! Bought a car a couple months ago never received my license plates and they said “they mailed them out in March”still have not received them called to check and they could not tell me if they were there…sales person also called me a “Fing B” over the phone while I was on the phone with the “manager” and he called her tofind out if my plates were still there or had been mailed out. Bad customer service in the service department. They schedule you for a certain time and they fail to maintain their word. If UNABLE to MAINTAIN ONTIME SERVICE, then, don’t schedule a customer for a certain time KNOWINGLY it is NOT possible to complete.

I went online and called to schedule a recall and a rental vehicle for Thursday and upon arrival I was told” they have no rentals available!!!” Let the excuse begin!! 🤬🤬🤬 I would tell all my friends and coworkers how excellent they are here!! Not anymore and I will not buy another truck from Mike Shaw or recommend anyone!! Manager said “ take it today and bring it in Friday!!” Yeah ok!!!
Their customer service stinks! The people are nice enough they just don’t go the extra mile. You would think you spend $40K for a vehicle they would be doing more. Like when you go have your car serviced they would fill up your windshield wiper fluid, they would wash your car....they do it in Corpus.....they never take the extra step to make sure you come back..... I know I won’t buy another car/truck from them....
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! EDIT I’ve talked to the salesperson and they said they were going to get me the paperwork I needed to cancel the service contract on my trade in. Guess what? I HAVEN’T SEEN ANY PAPERWORK OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE!!!!!! . SO here’s the rest of the story. Worst at customer service and follow through after the sale. All they care about is getting their money and then getting you out the door and then not delivering on what they promised. Lost the keys for the vehicle and then when they replaced the ignition key did not change the door lock and now refuse to make it right. My recommendation is to buy a car anywhere but here.
