I am having the worst experience trying to get my wife’s car fixed at Mike’s Shaw Toyota. The paint is pealing and I called Toyota USA & was told it’s a recall. Go to any dealer they said. I dropped my car off at an appointment with Mike Shaw to get my car looked at by the body shop for paint repair on 3/3/2023 and was told when I picked it up it would take awhile. I have been calling back monthly but how long do they expect me to wait??? I have called them dozens of times! this recall is going to end at some point!

Horrible experience. A LOT of attitude from salesmen, Victor, & Rude of sales manager, Marcus cano, to ditch us to victor. They’re the reason why we stepped out that lot KNOWING we drove from out of town. Never again and definitely telling family and friends to not come here. Shoutout to Nissan next door who gave top dollar on trade and a ton of rebates on a NEW vehicle. Hopefully y’all can get some training from them 💅

We seem to always have issues with the customer service department. We love our Toyota vehicles and use this service department due to convenience of location but after dealing with the manager Jeff B yesterday we would rather take our business elsewhere, as he recommended. I’m not sure if customer training doesn’t include proper etiquette when speaking to a customer but calling them “ bro” or “buddy” is not appropriate especially if the customer addresses you as sir. Ijs 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have bought 2 cars from Mike Shaw Toyota. Both new cars and have been pleased. Today my husband went in to look at and buy a used car for my mother we have secured financing. The car we are looking at has multiple flaws and even got a hold of our body shop to see what it would cost us to fix. Gave the an offer to start with and the guy who does the deals never even got off his butt. They have NO cars but our money wasn’t good enough. I have bought my final car from Mike Shaw in Calallen. We thought we had a great experience 9/13/2022 until we asked them to fix a couple of issues we were told would be fixed. The problems started when we needed customer service. We were mislead, and they refused to rectify any of it. Our title was filed wrong, sent to us. Had to be sent back, then they let it set on a desk not processed. It took weeks to fix it. I will not recommend this dealership. We will not go back even to get oil changes. Nancy’s husband Steve here and I agree with the 2/7/23 edit.
