Their customer service stinks! The people are nice enough they just don’t go the extra mile. You would think you spend $40K for a vehicle they would be doing more. Like when you go have your car serviced they would fill up your windshield wiper fluid, they would wash your car....they do it in Corpus.....they never take the extra step to make sure you come back..... I know I won’t buy another car/truck from them....
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! EDIT I’ve talked to the salesperson and they said they were going to get me the paperwork I needed to cancel the service contract on my trade in. Guess what? I HAVEN’T SEEN ANY PAPERWORK OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE!!!!!! . SO here’s the rest of the story. Worst at customer service and follow through after the sale. All they care about is getting their money and then getting you out the door and then not delivering on what they promised. Lost the keys for the vehicle and then when they replaced the ignition key did not change the door lock and now refuse to make it right. My recommendation is to buy a car anywhere but here.

I’m 65 and figured I would buy a certified truck. My son and I looked all over CC and finally found a nice truck for me at Mike Shaw Toyota. Everything was great until the check engine light came on. Computer said#8 cool was out. Took it in they fixed it and said I needed to replace some parts for the steering,no problem. I bought my car back in April now my transmission going out on my vehicle I went in to to talk to the sales manager pretty much told me they could help me than came back said they couldn’t help me I will never recommend anyone buying a car from here an I will never go back to purchase another car

Apparently bought a car from them with a nail and lump in the tire. had to put air in less than 24 hours after leaving lot. from there every other day needed air. told my sales rep day after I got the car and she told me bring it in. service department told me it would be $115 and when I complained how day after it was leaking. service rep spoke to her manager and they told me that "their manager doesnt want to do anything about it". which to mean sounds like they could waive the $80 tire if they wanted but wanted to make ev... read more

I have taken my truck in about 7 times in the one year I have owned the new Tacoma I purchased from them. Sales dept was great for the purchase but the service dept is nice but they can’t seem to fix the problem! Don’t take a vehicle here for service.

Service was poor, communication was lacking, not friendly at all. Truck left for 2 days didn’t even get a courtesy wash.
