Went to get my oil change on my Tundra because I was told by the sales person that sold it to me it was every 5000, go to the service dept tell them what I am there for and also told him that it was pulling a little to the right, he told how much it was to be , then he calls that his shop tech was recommending a fuel cleaning system done told him OK since it was already there, go to pick the truck at around 6 pm they charged me $310.00 for the balancing, alignment and fuel cleaning BUT they didn't change the oil, I ask him... read more
Had a 10:00 appt. for their spring special oil change left about 12:00 to Walmart to kill time called after 4:30 was told we need to let you know you car some work done on it come in to discuss it over 1400. in repairs not really need got shuttered home got my car next morning with only 200. oo plus 200.+ In labor car running fine
My tundra was serviced on friday. One of those incompetent "professional toyota mechanics" didn't tighten the drain plug. Drove 5hrs to work. Got to work oil spilled all over the place. And dont even get me started on the scratch they didnt fix right the first time. Or the 500$ rebate they didnt put down in my paper work These guy have been a pain to deal with. Bought 2 brand new toyotas from these people never again.
Horrible service on my 2004 4Runnner...a plastic water bottle was used as a part in a oil change on my car and service mgr called it an accident how ridiculous ...the poor service didn't stop there All they did was fix it but no attempt to restore customer loyalty...refund request denied tune up request denied...You'd think a company with Awards for customer service would have gone the extra mile...women beware look under the hood before you leave this dealership
I appreciated my salesman JJ and another salesman taking their time to follow me home the night I bought my 2013 Toyota Corolla. I didn't want to leave neither my new or old car at dealership until Monday....THANK YOU! My problem is I've had my Toyota since May and only time I've HEARD from dealership was when my tags came in....almost 4 months and no asking if I'm having problems or how I feel about car...poor communication
If I could rate a ZERO star I would. Took over 5 trips to get paperwork right. Took over 2 weeks, over 6 phone calls and getting dumped into voicemails for a question. To get the sorry answer to a lousy warranty coverage. Bought a 2nd Toyota Tacoma at another dealership and it offered way more coverage and an awesome deal! NEVER will I give my customers/friends/or family a recommendation to this place.
The customer service does not exist, unless you get count cookies and drinks. Beside that they are treble.. I have bought two Tundras from them and every time is something.. So I decided to go the other dealer and it was night and day... Don't go there unless you feel ok with being treated like number ...
Took my 2014 Avalon in for service on 11/17/15 and was approached by staff (Charlene) to sale my car and buy a new one. I told her that I was interested in a Tacoma they had there but I wanted similar payments and nothing down, she said she would try and took my info.
