Mike Tavani and his team made getting a mortgage so easy that I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting a loan. From the beginning steps all the way till closing, Mike was there to make my wife and I comfortable in all processes in getting our loan. Mike Tavani pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me. I had originally went with another lender for my Philadelphia condo purchase but, they rejected me with barely 2 weeks prior to the closing date. Mike was able to step in, get the loan approved, get me a lower rate (fantastic) all by the original closing date!! I should have just gone to Mike in the first place, it would have saved me time, money and aggravation. I highly recommend that everyone who is looking to buy in Philadelphia do the same. You will not regret it......
