Mike Tavani pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me. I had originally went with another lender for my Philadelphia condo purchase but, they rejected me with barely 2 weeks prior to the closing date. Mike was able to step in, get the loan approved, get me a lower rate (fantastic) all by the original closing date!! I should have just gone to Mike in the first place, it would have saved me time, money and aggravation. I highly recommend that everyone who is looking to buy in Philadelphia do the same. You will not regret it......

Have purchased two properties and one refinance with Mike and would do it again! He's the best. Always open and honest, forthcoming with information, available and thorough and totally trustworthy! Even though he always gets us a great rate, to be honest, we don't look elsewhere because the others don't have Mike Tavani. He is so great to work with.
