Mike and the GR team were the only bright star in our extremely rocky home buying process. Our first home fell through at the table due to circumstance from the seller. Mike and his team made helped me out when one of the big banks wanted 25% down because of a HOA situation. They are very professional and courteous and I couldn't be more happy with the way they handled everything. I had heard horror stories of having to jump through hoops to get a mortgage, but not so here. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house.
I own three properties and have used Mike for my last two. Each time I have had a very specific needs and restrictions; no matter what curve ball I threw at Mike and his team they were able to respond with a plan of action. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future nor would I hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!
