Mike and his team made helped me out when one of the big banks wanted 25% down because of a HOA situation. They are very professional and courteous and I couldn't be more happy with the way they handled everything. I had heard horror stories of having to jump through hoops to get a mortgage, but not so here. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house.
I own three properties and have used Mike for my last two. Each time I have had a very specific needs and restrictions; no matter what curve ball I threw at Mike and his team they were able to respond with a plan of action. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again in the future nor would I hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!
