Mike did a really great job and he was extremely helpful during my home purchase process. Mike was always attentive to all my questions and also committed during the whole process and as first time home buyer this was a huge relief for me and I'm really glad I worked with him. Mike Tavani and his team provides excellent service throughout the home buying experience. Mike, in particular, would call us at convenient times to explain the process and our options. When making an offer, Mike was always available to present us with the numbers for each house in its entirety. There were never any surprises because of the education he and his team provided and because of the extensive detail that was included in each email or phone call. Would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Mike and his team made helped me out when one of the big banks wanted 25% down because of a HOA situation. They are very professional and courteous and I couldn't be more happy with the way they handled everything. I had heard horror stories of having to jump through hoops to get a mortgage, but not so here. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house.

I felt confident at every step of the homebuying process with Mike. Mike got us a good rate, and got us cost estimates on houses we were interested in within an hour or two (even at night). He had good ideas on how to get the best value on the money we had for down payment. Mike was approachable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.
