Exceptional Customer Service We've been coming to Herb Chambers-Boston for about ten years to service our X3, and I have always been happy with the Service Department. In recent years I've worked with Service Advisors Chris Mayer and Alex Ganey, both of whom are very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. They do a great job of keeping me informed of the progress of work on the car and explaining which repairs are serious and should be dealt with immediately, and which can be done later.
Very professional...excellent experience. This is my fourth BMW from this dealership. Always very receptive and responsive to my needs. Makes customers feel relaxed, welcomed and important. Great follow up. Highly recommend...great over all experience.
Mini Service is great! Mark is terrific! I came in with a small issue. Mark was great -not only did he find the problem, and correct it, but was able to do some other things too -i.e. oil change, etc.. He noticed I needed an Inspection Sticker and did that too. I couldn't be more pleased!

Super helpful and professional This was a great experience. Would highly recommend the service team there. They took care of my flat, and since an oil change was coming the following week, squeezed it all in so I didn't have to do 2 trips! Even got me a LYFT to and from work so I couldn't be happier with this.
Nearly flawless Only issue I had is that I have to return to go over something's with the "genius" who was sick the day I picked up my vehicle

Great Service As always Been working with Hadi for a few years now. Highly recommend him if you want to purchase a BMW. One recommendation to any buyer is always do your homework before going to the dealer, so you don't waste your time or their time.
