Overall a good experience My only complaint would be that for the second time, the pick up process was a bit of a nightmare--even though it wasn't crowded when I arrived, and I had sent a text in advance of my arriving, it took over 20 minutes to find/deliver the car.
Service visit with a tow Nick Mitrano was excellent. He did a great job of Explaining all service that was done and made sure I was happy with the work performed!! Well done!!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! I don't like the process of buying a new car, not sure many people do. I must admit, Nick and Jano not only made the process painless, we actually had fun! I'm super happy with my new X3 and feel good that I got a fair deal. Will definitely be a return customer!

Efficient, friendly, and best of all, free I had an appt for an oil change for my Mini. My car was taken into service right away. Chris was friendly and efficient. He even recommended an excellent place for breakfast while I waited. I was pleasantly surprised that my oil change was part of the maintenance program for my Mini. My car was also washed and cleaned - another pleasant surprise. I'm very happy with the service and my experience at Herb Chambers.
Had an oil change on my Mini. I gave 5 stars because if it were not for the personal attention Mark Ravin gives to all his customers, the service center would not stand out as a place I look forward to spending time while my car is being serviced. Also, THANKS for ALWAYS washing and detailing my car!! Those are the services that set you apart from everyone else!!! Great people. Great place. Please don't change.
