Very good experience at short notice I would have given five stars but when I initially asked about one problem with a sensor that I was having, I was told before I had even finished the question that "it had already been replaced." But when I went back at the conclusion of the service, I was told that, in fact, the mechanic had uncovered a different issue, which they had fixed. 12,000 Mile Service Check In summary... easy breezy. In a little less than two hours I was in and out, was able to work and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while waiting.
GREAT service reps! The service reps are great; pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough. The facility is efficient and easy to negotiate. I am just always distressed how much it costs to have my mini serviced here. I worked with Matt but forget his last name. He and his colleague with whom I have worked previously are consistently excellent.

James is always helpful and good to work with I am giving the service center a good rating because of James and because of the turn around time on my car as the repairs were unexpected. James is always super helpful and patient and always explains the circumstances up front. I cannot however omit the fact that in both instances when I called service to speak with James I encountered a gentleman who's name I wish I could remember (it was not a common name) and he could not have been less helpful.
