Update on the service of my F90/ M5 Henrique Santos, your new service manager, brought me to your dealership. I am most pleased with his guidance, input, and having my M5 back in excellent running order. I do plan to bring all my BMW's to Hank at this dealership in the future.

Always exceeding my expectations... This dealership truly understands hospitality - from the sales team to the service team and the valets moving cars. Mini Cooper purchase Great service, responsive staff. I purchased long distance and took a train to pick up the car. They made it very easy. Sam answered all my questions promptly.
Awesome!! Abdou was very helpful during my first visit for test driving my BMW. He helped me throughout the process and was very friendly. I would recommend anyone who is planning to visit the dealership to speak with Abdou.

I appreciated the quick friendly service! The service area is located in a tight urban setting but the staff at Herb Chambers BMW/MINI of Boston provided exceptional services. I loved the UBER pick-up and drop-off which was fabulous. I also appreciated the fact service and nobody tried to sell me anything which was refreshing.
