Excellent Experience I took my Mini in for its annual "check-up" and inspection. From the minute I arrived, I was treated like royalty by a very highly competent and very friendly staff. Because a diagnostic showed I needed a little work (nothing major), I was informed that I would be waiting from 2-3 hours. I had come prepared with and excellent book and the games on my iPhone, and the time went by very quickly. Great service I worked with Higor in the service department: he was extremely competent, pleasant, helpful and efficient. My car needed routine maintenance and some other work and all of it was done quickly and efficiently. I spent less than thirty minutes total at the service center including drop off and pick up (returning the loaner too!) Highly recommend it!
