Service My car had a drivetrain issue afterhours and the service team and Hadi Eslami were quick to schedule me a service appointment the next day with a loaner. They were courteous, prompt, and highly professional. This is the reason why I buy/lease all my cars from them and recommend my friends to them.
Outstanding service! Came in for tire inflation. MINI service noticed tire damage and immediately and unscheduled fit me in for replacement! That's premier, pro-active service!
2009 MCS convertible service Had a fantastic time working with Matt Appleton and Rudy on my MCS for taking care of oil and sticker services and installing a strut brace for improving the steering.
James Gibbons is the best! I've been working with James Gibbons for at least 8 years and he is always very accommodating and makes it a pleasure to get my car serviced which usually should be a pain!
Amazing customer service! Technician took good care of me and solve issues I was having with my car. As soon they realized the car wouldn't be ready same day as they found some other issues, they called me right away and provided me with a loaner.

They got it done...almost My service advisor Chris was great. He was personable, thorough and communicative. My only problem is that I I made an appointment for a recall and the call center told me that the parts were available. The fact is the parts weren't available so I will need to go back again. Annoying.
Mark is awesome. Fixed everything. Very friendly. I thought his name is mark but may be Matt as mark is not on list. He was and is very good at his job.
