Alex Escobar provided great service. He was responsive to my wishes and did not oversell. He listened to what I wanted and acted in my interest. I test drove a mini with Alex 5 years before I came back to buy. To say the least, Alex was patient!
We return to Princeton Mini because of the service we have received from Alex. It is not the coolest deal for us but if I buy a 4th Mini in a few years ( Alex as I said we will be skipping a few years) that is where it will bepurchased and only one salesperson for us and that is Alex
Professional, patient, knowledgeable & empathetic are the adjectives to describe Lenny. Not sure we would have got through the experience with anyone else. We walked away with the perfect car for us. Alex was also very helpful on the financing side. Great experience all round. Would definitely recommend. For some reason I can't select the 5th star. The experience was EXCELLENT not just good.
Alex was willing to look around to get me the car I wanted and he delivered. Working with him and the dealership was a pleasure and his efforts have continued beyond my picking up the car to make sure everything was as desired.
