Honestly, this has been the best experience buying a car. Alex was wonderful. He wanted to make me happy, and he succeeded. He went out of his way to get the car I wanted from Connecticut. He minimized the time I would have to spend at the dealership by handling all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. It was a low pressure sales approach- which is how I like it. This was the third mini dealership we had been to that day- it was the only one who met all our needs.
Alex Escobar Castro is a treasure!! He has helped me with my second lease with Mini and I couldn't be happier. His approach with his customers is friendly, helpful, caring and NOT pushy. Alex truly listens to his customers wants and needs, which makes him a delight to work with.
I went to Mini of Princeton to pick my new car and drop off my old mini. Staff are very friendly and professional. This week I helped my parents purchase their first MINI, my second, at Princeton MINI. This is the second time working with Motoring Advisor, Mike Trifiro, and once again the experience was awesome! From the second I walked onto the MINI lot I was greeted with a smile and wasn't pressured into anything. The manager Jeremy let me know they were available for any questions but only when I was ready. I then got the pleasure to work with Alex who found me a car that fit all of my needs.
