I always thought of myself as a "Mini" owner, though I never owned one and never test drove one until last Saturday. That all changed when I went to Princeton MINI on 4/16/2016. Loved the 2 door Hardtop experience and felt very comfortable working with Alex (my sales rep). Bought the car I test drove that following Monday. Have been motoring every since.
My 2013 MINI Cooper S had a 1.5" gash in the LF tire. MINI Roadside Assistance was there in a timely fashion, (actually early), with stellar communication. The vehicle was towed to Princeton MINI. There, they replaced the damaged tire, did a keyread, performed the services due, ( brake fluid flush, filter changes, etc.). Also, the car was washed & vacuumed. My car left my driveway at 2:15pm. I have purchased 3 cars at dealers in my life so far. Princeton MINI was by far the best experience I have had. I described the process as "hanging out with a couple friends until my car pulled around." There was no pressure at all the entire time, and even though I was interested in a used car that wasn't a MINI, we were treated with the same courtesy and attention as if we were buying a top of the line new car off their lot. Pleasant atmosphere. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Manager is also very professional. Get things done quickly and efficiently. Explained everything clearly. They stayed after hours for us.
The buying experience was positive. Salesman Alex Escobar Castro was knowledgeable patient and very courteous. We are second time buyers from this salesman and dealership and will come again.
First time at this dealership but hopefully not the last! I loved the no pressure, pleasant atmosphere. Alex was as friendly but professional and knowledgeable as anybody could be! He treated us with respect and warmth, answered every question with patience and he did not pressured us at all! Terrific guy! So far everything is good, I love my Mini!
Princeton MINI is the best, I am always greeted in a pleasant way, my questions are answered quickly and the service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend the staff and the vehicles. The staff is pleasant and technically proficient and facility clean and accommodating.
