This was the second time we have purchased a car at Mini of Princeton, both times with Alex. He is completely professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Alex is a great person to deal with and next time we are in the market for a car, we will for sure come back to Alex

My reasons for such a high rating: I was contacted fast within the hour Sales person was polite, pleasant and not pushy Sales person Alex Escovar was very knowledgeable of the Mini. Alex made it easy to fill out application etc Alex gave me options And most of all even with my credit not being perfect the sales person Alex treated me kindly and respectful. It was the best experience buying a car that I've ever had. Oh by the way my Ex is a car sales manager one of the it pains me to say. But Alex was better.
Buying a car with Alex was a painless experience. He was very friendly, answered all my questions truthfully, and never pressured me into buying a car like other car salespeople tend to do. I've been shopping around for a used Mini and this dealership also offered the best deal out of the other ones I've visited, so I went through with the purchase. Now I have a Mini, and in a color I really like: Pepper white with black stripes!
Alex was very helpful. He kept in touch until my car arrived. He showed me all the features and encouraged me to come back for any questions that come up and need to be answered.
Considering what a new car costs, they made it as painless as possible. Since I've never driven anything but a "barge" before, they took me for a test drive in a quiet parking lot, answered all of my questions fully, and even delivered the car to my house. The Mini drives like a dream - and I don't LIKE driving, nor being very good at it.
I am a taller person and have had trouble fitting in cars, Alex and Princeton Mini did not try to pressure me into a car and I was able to find the car that was right for me. Only a few days in and I couldn't be more satisfied.
This is the second car I have purchased from Princeton Mini. The first time I worked with the first available sales person. The experience was excellent. So when I wanted to trade in my vehicle on a new Mini, I made sure to work with Alex Escobar-Castro. Once agin, I am extremely happy with my experience, and my sales person. I plan to continue to own Minis and work with Alex as long as I drive.
Great service! Friendly to work with! Couldn't have asked for a better and more responsive service! I will definitely go back in the future.
