The salesman Alex Escobar Castro is an excellent person that doesn't pressure you to buy. Knows the product and is very polite and friendly. This is the second vehicle in a few months that my family purchases at this dealer. Best buying experience ever.
Three years ago I purchased my first (well really second car from Princeton MINI but the first was when they were MINI/BMW). This past weekend makes it number 3! Princeton Mini is a good Mini dealer. Their good customer service is definitely notable once you walk into the dealer. Alex was a pleasure to work with and I never felt pressured to buy any more than what I felt I could afford. Every question was answered thoroughly and all the complicated paperwork was explained until we were all on the same page. They have also called after my purchase to check in on the car and how it's running. Excellent service. I love my mini and would definitely refer this company to friends.
