The people at this dealership were great to work with. The inventory of mini coopers is out of this world. No matter what you're looking for they have it and in almost any color. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. The sales advisor, (Richard Gubitosi) was really top shelf! I would recommend him because of his patience and committment to satisfy the customer. This past week, I went for a quick car detailing at Princeton MINI and had a concern about the oil levels in my 2013 Roadster. When I checked in, my Service Advisor Jen mentioned it was time for a brake checkup and provided me all the details of what was needed to be done. Upon completion Jen walked me through all of the work completed and the car looked as if it was brand new! First time in their delearship. Alex Escobar is the man. He is a through professional and made the whole process of getting our white mini very easy .Alex Frank finance manager was top notch. Very good team.
After searching online for weeks, I finally located just the right Certified Mini, but it was 100 miles away in Princeton. It is roughly a 2 hour drive, but turned out to be well worth the trip. The price on the car was reasonable right from the start, and I did make some minor upgrades to the car, and they were very accommodating to all my requests. Car was ready on time, and looked great.
