Great reviews and high ratings led me to believe I would be treated well at Princeton MINI and, happily, that was the case. The professionalism begins when you drive in. The Showroom is impressive and the lot and grounds are immaculate. I was greeted by reception staff and quickly directed to Kyle Burns, the "Motoring Advisor" I was scheduled to see. This is our 4th Mini from Princeton Mini. This purchase was a trade-in of our 2011 Mini Cooper convertible and 2011 Mini Cooper S turbo hardtop for one Mini Countryman S turbo. We brought our 2 Minis in for oil changes (under warranty) and decided to ask Mini sales associate Kyle Burns, with whom we worked previously to buy our 2011 Minis about the downsizing to one car since we work from home and the convertible was barely being used [> 10,000 miles]). Rich worked with me over the phone to narrow my search. He found the car I was looking for, made sure it was on the dealers lot the day I came in, so I could test drive it, and I made the purchase that day. He made the experience easy and no hassle. The only thing bad was the length of time to get the car prepped. The test drive and the work with Rich and the finance person was probably 45 minutes. By far Princeton Mini, is the best dealership when looking for another MINI or any type of used car. Alex Escobar [SIC] went way beyond making buying a new/used car stress free. We were treated very well by all. This dealership was further away from our home but, never even considered the closer one.. Outstanding service. Cannot convey the salesmanship , knowledge, of Alex enough. Thank You

Overall the process of buying a CPO Mini was wonderful. No pressure to buy. Rich answered all of our questions, and worked to find a low mileage car that fit our requirements.

My wife and I went in to this dealership to see what they can do for us to lease a mini. They were excellent! They worked so hard to keep the price range with in our budget.
