This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the entire experience. Everyone I dealt with did their best to make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

My lease was up and I was looking to move into a used Mini. Alex was patient and helpful as I test drove a couple cars and tried to decide what I wanted. I was given a fair price and was treated like I was the only buyer in the store, which I wasn't. Hopefully, my Mini will last forever, but if it doesn't, I'll be back. There was a slight issue with my Mini a week later. The service department saw me right away and took care of my car quickly and with no hassle.

Alex (in sales) did a great job finding me the car I wanted within my budget, and then Alex (in the finance department) was extremely helpful in explaining the maintenance of the car, and payment plans that fit exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or forced into anything, and everyone was friendly and personable.

I had a great experience with Alex, he was patient and not pushy at all. I traded in my 2011 hardtop (bittersweet) for the brand new 4-door. I love the car, and had a wonderful experience with the purchase. Everyone was great and I look forward to returning for maintenance and future purchases.

We ordered a 2015 Mini Countryman from the factory. Delivery was made on December 21, 2014. The experience was very pleasant. Alex Escobar, the sales person, was very helpful. We are very happy with the purchase.
