First time getting into MINI family which is associated with BMW. I love German Engineering on the cars. Hence I preferred to go for a new experience with Mini Cooper Countryman. . I had a wonderful and an amazing experience with Princeton Mini dealer and I will surely recommend to my friends, looking forward of going back when it's time for a new car or used car for my growing son once he graduates from School. Appreciate Princeton Mini for getting into Mini Family.

A first time Mini buyer who had been used to high pressure sales tactics and a complete lack of transparency from other dealerships was very pleasantly surprised at the transparent, low pressure approach to buying a car. Every staff member was lovely to work with; very relaxed, friendly and professional. I went to Princeton Mini as a first-time buyer of Mini and was completely sold after the test drive. We went back one month later and met with Chad. He went out of his way to find me my perfect car and I was able to take it home the next week. I had an amazing experience at this dealer and will be going back when it's time for a new car.

I have purchased two SUVs this year from Princeton Mini. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The were very fairly pricing their cars and trade in values of the cars we brought in. The let us test drive the vehicles and the detailed the cars and transferred our insurance and got the registrations for us. They spent time inside the vehicle explaining how the options the car has works. How to sync a phone and what buttons did what.

I live an hour away from Princeton Mini, but while researching online found the Mini Countryman All4 my wife and I have been looking for. I sent an inquiry and immediately let the dealership know I am not making the trip overthrew unless all terms have been agreed to. There response was a no problem. The staff here is phenomenal, very personable, financially realistic and helpful! I normally get very frustrated with car shopping, but I had the opposite experience at Princeton Mini. My salesman Rich was awesome, he took the time to listen to what I wanted/needed and walked me through each and every feature of the car. I recently purchase a Used Car and Traded in a vehicle, and the experience was not met with pressure sales tactics at all. Ian was great as well as Mike and the enthusiastic inerest of Rich on the mechanics of this certain vehicle was really helpful. The dealership exhibited professionalism at its best all whom I talk to was willing to help answer questions even though it was not their deal. Words cannot describe the customer service experience I received from Princenton Mini!! Alex and his team made me feel right at home as soon as I entered the door.
