After contacting this dealer they were prompt with a response. I drove over 100 miles to check out the car they had available used as a trade, a fully loaded Honda civic hybrid. They were very nice and extremely helpful. Kyle was my sales representative and treated me with great respect, he was not pushy and did not try to get me to make an immediate decision. I drove to the dealership after seeing a car on their website. The description met most of what I wanted, so I called for an appointment. Joel was very helpful, and Rich was my salesman. We had a wonderful experience at Princeton Mini. I've been always want a Mini cooper, but I never got chance to test drive for some reason. Last weekend I was looking some cars online and found there has a great deal on leasing at Mini. So My husband and I went to Princeton MINI which is the one near us. We met LEONARD SHMULYARENKO who is a very professional car advisor. It was a very comfortable experience through the whole time and made a deal that night. My mini is parking in front of my house right now! I love it!!!

This is the second car that I leased thru Mini of Princeton and the Staff that I dealt with is terrific!! I live closer to two other Mini dealerships but I will drive the extra miles to go here!! When I first visited Princeton MINI, I was nervous, as I had very little knowledge about MINI Coopers in terms of their features, and more importantly price. From start to finish my experience with the folks at Princeton Mini has been great. Lenny is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. He took his time to show us all of the features of the car and his easy manner made the buying process so much easier. He went to great pains to see that we were happy with the car and that there were no problems, even calling us days after the purchase to make sure all was well. I would certainly consider purchasing from Princeton Mini again.
