I did my own research online to find the perfect car for me. I found a next to new Hyunai Genesis Coupe that was just traded in. I spoke with Alex and Jim online shortly after Christmas, and they were willing to work with me in sending me as much of the information as possible to get everything setup ahead of time. I purchased a 2008 BMW X% at Princeton Mini. After the purchase there were some problems getting the PA inspection and PA plates. The main problem involved removing the locking lug bolts for the inspection. In the end, it was expensive having one of the wheels removed and replaced. Jim, the used car manager, took responsibility for the work and was very responsive. It took longer than expected to get the PA plates, so the dealership sent them Fed Ex overnight. Richard was great to work with. Helped me select the car that I was looking for and also quoted a fair price for the Mini as well as my trade. The delivery process was fantastic. Richard spent time going over all the cars features as well as answering all my questions. The car was spotless on delivery and I highly recommend. A great experience.

We had so much fun! We are longtime mini owners and had received the mailing about the event. We knew we wanted to buy and today was the time to do it -- rich Gubitosi was the best. We drove two cars, drank lots of tea/coffee/cocoa and spun the gift wheel multiple times. Our new countryman is the bomb! Thanks Rich, thanks MINI. We'll be back. The Stanley Family

I came in to look at a specific used MINI that I saw on the internet and met Lenny who was the friendliest salesman I've ever met. He immediately made me and my 8 year old son feel welcome and right at home. He was very helpful with finding me find the exact car I came in to see along with recommending several others that were similar in price, year, and mileage. Mike is the ideal representative to work with because he is so enthusiastic about helping those new to the MINI brand customize the perfect car to suit them. My Cooper S is truly an automotive version of myself and Mike was just as excited to see the end product as I was. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the myriad of features in the car. It does everything you can dream of…and more! My MINI buying (and driving!) experience just could not be topped!

Absolute service with a smile! I moved to Princeton Mini as the previous dealer had many issues in their service department. This was a pleasure...my car was taken on its scheduled appointmenr, quickly serviced (as well as getting updates from the service manager throughout my wait), washed and delivered back to be within the time window stated for the service. Brave! By the way my daughter made an appointment to take her mini in this week.
