Great experience. The people were always friendly and nice. Thorough and knowledgeable of Mini products. Every step of the purchase process was effortless. Steve kept me updated thru entire process (I ordered my Mini). I never had a doubt things would go well.

The first word about MINI STL that comes to mind is... AWESOME! My transaction purchasing a MINI with Steve Emerson at MINI STL included the highest amount of service and follow through. Every contact I have had with Mini of St. Louis has been great. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All work has been excellent.
Very good service center. They go out of their way to help even when they are very busy. Nice waiting area with free Wifi and snacks.
I have had great service from these guys. My car is there right now for a recall on the auxiliary cooling system and as usual the experience has been a good one.
Karen is the best car salesperson we have dealt with, period! In fact she is so good we bought 2 cars from her! A Mini Coupe and a Mini Countryman. She is friendly and honest and very helpful. She makes buying a car a fun experience! We knew what we had to pay upfront and she helped us track our mini as it was being built and shipped. We will be buying another car from her soon.
Recently, I stopped by the Service Dept. without an appointment to have my tires checked following a low tire light. I was greeted in a professional manner and was attended to immediately. Rick took the time to check the tires and light situation and then told me exactly what had happened and how to reset the light. I appreciate their interest in helping me maintain my car and making me feel that my concerns are important to them.
Taken my MINI there for years and have always had good service and the people are friendly and get the job done right. I look forward to my trips to the service department, it is like seeing old friends.
