Cleanest service station I have ever been in. I reccomend anyoone needing Mini Service to come here. You will get treated the way you ought to be. I was welcomed, asked about any isseus that needed addressed and sent on my way with a loaner car. When I returned, they told me that they would keep the loaner available in case I wanted to leave again while they continued to work on my vehicle. Awesome service!! First of all, I too love my Mini Convertible! I had a great experience when I went to test drive it last October and it helped that it was very warm and I got to drive with the top down. I had looked at the Mini and drove it, then I stated that I want to have my husband come back with me to look at it for his input. Even though I came back with my husband, I was treated as the buyer and not the "wife/female" that another dealership had. I purchased a car from the MINI dealership right at the time the recession had hit. I had been to several dealers with no real success in finding the right car for me. It seemed like all the salesmen wanted to do was play games, and they seemed to think since I was a girl I'd be too dumb to catch on. I've had a great experience purchasing my MINI at MINI of St. Louis. I actually made 4 visits before ordering, including two test drives. Everyone was knowledgable and helpful, ZERO pressure tactics, "buy it today!" arm twisting. Great place to purchase your MINI!
My Mini needed regular service. I was able to make an appointment in the day I wanted and dropped off the car the night before. Rick called the next morning to tell me i needed new breaks. They also fixed something related to a recall I had just received a notice about two days before. They completed te work quickly and picking it up was a breeze.
I went to Mini for the first time recently and could not have been more pleased. Not only was the work done well and quickly, the department checked my warranty and then informed me there was extra work that could be done before the warranty expired. They could have easily waited and charged me hundreds of dollars for the repairs and work instead. I am impressed with this high level of integrity. Thank you. What can I say other than I'm completely in love with my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. I had the pleasure of working with Karen Fortune who consistently went out of her way to ensure I was a happy customer. Not only did she frequently update me on the status of my baby, since it came custom from Europe, but she also took about an hour when I finally picked my car up to show me all the awesome features the car has and set everything to my liking.
