I had my Mini serviced at the St Louis dealership and just wanted to say that I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by your service representative Mr. Dresik.
I walked into this dealership knowing i wanted a Paceman because I liked the way itlooked. After working with Karen, I knew why I really wanted this car, beccause of the performance and the overall feel of the car. Neil stepped in at some point after my second trip to say hi. I felt welcomed and also felt like I was important. I never felt pressured to buy a car and that really helped me feel comfortable in my decision. It was a great process and I love driving my MINI!
Karen Fortune has been my sales person for my last two Mini purchases. I love the Mini cars but I cannot say enough good things about Karen and her professionalism, courtesy, follow up and knowledge. Mike Preiss made the entire sales experience easy and fun (yes, believe it or not ... fun!) and I always can count on Rick for great support regardless of my service needs. Mini of St Louis is a great place to buy your Mini. Sure, it's the only dealer in St Louis. But if there were more than one dealership. I would buy from Mini of St Louis. I've purchased two Minis from Mark. Great guy to do business with. He tells it like it is. None of that car salesman's bs to deal with that you get from other dealerships. He kept in touch. Karen was my motoring adviser and ordered a brand new MINI for me in a very short amount of time. She was always friendly and answered all of my annoying questions before the sale, but what was most impressive was her continuous help even after the sale.
Karen Fortune is the best!! She was always efficient in answering my questions, fast to respond, and simply the best. By the time we walked out of there, I felt that Karen was an old friend that I would love to have drinks with :) We have purchased two vehicles from Karen as unfortunately the first MINI we purchased was totaled out in an accident. I specifically went back to Karen for my second Mini after having such a positive experience the first time four years ago. Karen made the whole process seamless and pleasurable. I went in, picked out what I wanted and the next thing I knew, Karen called to tell me my new mini was ready, even though it had to be sent from Michigan. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant!!! I will definitely go back to her for my next Mini!!!
The only word to describe my experience with Mini of St. Louis would be "Amazing." I've never had a dealership that was so willing to make everything work just the way the customer wanted.
