I've had nothing but great experiences from MINI and their service center. They are typically prompt when it comes to working on your car and they do their best to keep you as up to date on the progress. Mark is great to work with when looking for a car and is very easy going. Would highly recommend them when looking for a new car in the St. Louis area.
Mark made my first experience with Mini a relaxing and rewarding experience. His professionalism and genuine spirit led the path to my first brand new Mini. I was looking for a small car that was fun to drive so I went to the Mini dealer and met Mark. He has been my go to man for the last two Minis I have leased. I love it so much I am leasing a third. He keeps me informed though out my lease program and I know exactly what I want for the next lease. Keep up the good work Mark I hope to keep in the Mini family for a long time.
I came in with my parents just checking out the cars. I really liked theirs and met Mark Eversgerd quite a while ago. He was great, very friendly, and always knew how to answer our questions. The friendliness of everyone there, especially Mark, was what sold me on buying a brand new MINI JCW hardtop. I couldn't be happier!
My wife love MINIs and she always wanted one. I live in Kansas City and I worked with local dealer and few other dealers in midwest. I was looking for lease and MINI website has $250 lease special. My wife and I had already decided we wanted a Mini Convertible, used, not too many miles and had to be an automatic. We went in on a Saturday. Mark greeted us. We told him what we were looking for. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Venturing into a unique car like the Mini, we were given the time & attention from Mark and the Mini staff to make the right decision. They worked long and hard to explain all the features and to pick out the car that best fit our needs. And all of this was done in a low pressure environment.
