I hit a bad pothole in town and thought I would need a new tire. Called my sales person on his mobile to ask about what to do. He set up a first thing in the morning appointment for me with service and got a loaner set up. They looked over my car and advised me that my suspension was damaged so bad that I should contact my insurance. Insurance said to use refurbished parts which means parts off of a totaled out car. We bought a used Mini from West County Volvo and were totally screwed. They told me to go to St. Louis Mini for a diagnostic, Mini told me to get my money back. West County Volvo refused. It had a limited warranty and Todd Feuerhaken, and, forgive my misspelling, Dave Carries Dan Das, bailed me out. They went way beyond what was necessary to help me, they fought for every bit of warranty coverage. It was the first time I told a car service manager that I loved him.
I was told by our salesman Bill Harada that the only way his manager, Neil Westfall, would agree to a price was for us to give Bill a 5 Star Rating on dealerrater.com and 100% on any future surveys we would get.

This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the salesman SAM HALL was rude and very arrogant even laughing sarcastically I asked him what he was laughing at and he continued to so I asked to speak with his manager and you guessed it I got the machine and guess what no one has called back. I bought my mini clubman two years ago, it had less than 40000 miles on it. Within two months I took it back and it was the timing chain. They said they replaced it. October of this year I take my Mini in due to an engine warning light on. I drive 3 hours to St Louis to have it serviced. They tell me it's valve gasket and fix that. At the same time they tell me water pump may be going bad, but it's not an emergency and if it goes warning will come on. I took my MINI in expecting the worst. I thought it would need some significant work, and my warranty had expired. It did need some serious work, but Todd told me they would like to cover it all. Todd in the service department went above andy beyond to take care of an issue I had purchasing my vehicle. I purchased a used Honda Pilot, The previous owner only turned in one key, which left me leaving with only one key. The dealer agreed to replace the key, however I needed to go a Honda dealer locally to make it happen. I tired on two occasions to get a key at the Honda dealer on Lindbergh, however with their wait time it did not work out. Diagnosis was spot on, we just had to get approval from the extended warranty company in Texas.Once this was achieved the work was preformed and done in a manner that was promised via the telephone. The name is Mini but the service is maxi.! 1
I had a noise in my car, could not figure out what it was. Made an appointment got in right away. explained the noise I was hearing and they took the time to test drive the car to figure it out. Had to order part to fix so it will be fixed soon
