"Battery fix" I had been having battery issues, which involved at times the car being totally inoperable, but eventually, the car would startup. After exhaustive testing, the 2.5-day examination only revealed a slightly loose cable. Allen Rolocut had provided expert service to save me roughly 500-700 dollars.

"It’s was ok" The car I put purchased was used, was a demo vehicle, and my concern was the cleaning/detailing of the vehicle. There was lots of dog hair in the car. Since it was getting to end of day, they didn’t do a good job. Outside wasn’t clean, windows were horrible (it was like a dirty cloth was used to wipe them) and of course there is still dog hair inside under seat.

"Buyer beware " Be careful when making a purchase at this dealership. They sold me an additional warranty that I was told by the finance manager would extend the car warranty to 72k. (An additional 36k miles). She said you have nothing to worry about for 72k miles or six years. Even if you need wiper blades, it’s covered) I found out today it was a maintenance package for the FIRST 36k miles. The car had 10k miles on it so they sold me an oil change for $600. Dear Erik, We are sorry if you were not pleased with the maintenance upgrade that you purchased. You bought the upgrade to the full maintenance for the 3yr/ 36k miles (from the original in service date), and that is what the contract outlined that you signed. You were offered to extend up to 72 months or 100k miles, but did not choose that option. The full upgrade you purchased would have covered wiper blades, brake pads and rotors as you were told. "Terrible communication " I had the worst experience at Mini of Baltimore County. Amber Jenkins needs to be retrained; her customer service skills are severely lacking. Upon arriving for my 10:30 appointment , she informed me that the service department wasn’t busy and that my service appointment would be completed in an hour and a half. "B’more Mini is THE Mini Place...." Because MINI is what MINI is, AWESOME! I crossed over to Mini from a Landcruiser 10 years ago! I have never looked backed and look forward to my 4th Mini in the not too distant future! That all said! "Service Extraordinaire" Going in to some service departments is like having a tooth pulled. Not at MINI of Baltimore. Yoni is beyond compare. Thank you for being there as long as you have. Consistency breeds strength.

What used to be an honest reputable dealer has turned into a true scam. Having dealt with them for the past 8 years, the dealer/service loyalty no longer exists. Do not lease from them, they will not honor the extended warranty, they will scam you into having work done with them which actually becomes an inflated price. They neglect to inform you the truth about your lease. I'm done...it was a good run while it lasted. I don't need to spend thousands of dollars and be treated as a pion!!!

The sale person Jim said that he could do a search for a car from any mini dealership to get the car that I wanted that was a lie. He found a car that he said was at the New Jersey port with assessories I wanted and that the would probably be here that Friday this was a Monday needless to say there was no car at the Jersey port I ask Calvin the.
