Yoni Baron, Service Advisor at Mini of Baltimore, and his team, provide continually better service than any in my lifetime, and this is SIX years after I purchased my car. The service is even better than the sales department, and albeit it's a long drive to get there, I will not consider going elsewhere. We will be returning customers as long as we remain on the east coast. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be how "Mini" treats their employees. They work all day without a break, they work Saturdays, which obviousl... read more

I didn't purchase my MINI from this dealer because I didn't have any positive experiences with their sales staff. I ended up driving down to Alexandria to purchase my car from the AMAZING staff they have there. It's a shame that place is so far away, or I'd have my car serviced there as well. Since MINI of Baltimore County is so close to where I actually live, I have been coming here for service. Well, now I'm done. I'll happily drive to Annapolis to have my car serviced from now on. Last year I made an appointment to get an... read more

Imagine a consumer attempting to renegotiate a contract after it has been signed! Mini did this twice! No integrity!! Jeremy Davidson, sales person, after I signed the New Car Contract, said the wheel locks on the car were not on the invoice and said I could give up my floor mats or pay for the wheel locks. Even though, according to Maryland law, I was the owner of the car since the contract was signed, I gave in. Two days after the purchase, Charlie Couhler, Finance, wrote and said he had "good news" about my Mini. Mini wan... read more

On April 30, 2011, while visiting Mini of Baltimore, I fell in love with Mini Cooper Convertible stock #M5175. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, sat down to sign all paperwork and Jeremy Davidson said hang on I need to talk to my manager. All of a sudden the price went up $3000 because of wheels that were on the vehicle that were not included on the sticker, then the price was $2500. The slimy manager, came out to see me and basically said “Take it or leave it”. I left, but I asked Jeremy to see what could be done about repl... read more

Felt like I was buying a rug in Maracco, they wanted to go back and forth so much, then made to feel guilty about what a "great deal" they gave me. Ordered a certain type of after market radio, they installed a different radio, then would not make it good on it. Stay away.....

We had a sales man that did not know the product he was selling, could not answer simple questions about the operation of the USB/IPod and bluetooth and told us we were his second sales on the test drive. They were understaffed and we waited over 3 hours to complete the sale, with no trade in and paying cash - no financing. The staff member who finalized the sale tried to tell us that by state law they were required to "disclose" the information on an extended warranty, protective finish for the paint and other products all ... read more

We're looking for a mini cooper and went there for a test drive, the sales person Jeremy told us that their dealership is the second largest in the WORLD, indeed there's a huge lot of minis but he WAS NOT be able to find me a single mini with automatic transmission for test drive, what a shame. He told us there were 2 auto in the inventory, but those were just arrived and not yet in their computer system and couldn't be taken out, finally, he seems to have another "potential coming back customer" and just gave us his card an... read more

Called service department and explained that I had a fluid leak - Claudia answered and suggested that I have the car towed in to be safe (for free). I did not feel that was necessary and did not have time to wait for the tow so I headed in. When I arrived I explained to Claudia that I had about 30 minutes before I needed to leave for an appointment and would prefer to wait to see if it was something simple so I would not have to return a loaner later in the day. After 25 minutes Claudia came to me and said she was sorry but ... read more

Although the sales process was positive, the same cannot be said for the first service visit. The microphone quality of the bluetooth system is very poor (thin hard to hear) and we wanted to see if there was something wrong. The car was at the dealership for several days, with a loaner provided. Also- we wanted to have the free car "wash" which we were told was a service provided with a purchase from this dealer. When we picked up the car, we were told that the operation was "normal", and that the problem was with the fact t... read more
