From the beginning we had a very good experience with this dealership. I've worked with other dealerships that made me feel pressured to buy on the spot and try to get as much money from me as possible. I never felt that way with Mini Baltimore. They worked with me until the end to try and find the right car and price for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I had a problem with my clutch. Although the warantee period was expired by about 2000 miles, this dealer steped up and performed the necessary service and provided a loaner vehicle all at no cost to me as a goodwill gesture. The manager, Michael Colman called me personally after I had emailed him with my complaint and arranged for the repairs. He also called to see if the repairs were satisfactory to me. Mini of Baltimore provided my family with stellar customer service. Matt (Sales), Alison (Finance Manager)& Michael (GM) went out of their way to provide us great financing, an excellent product and a commitment to helping us in the future. The customer lounge was incredible. All I can say is go to Mini of Baltimore or BMW of Towson. They will exceed your expectations...

I contacted the dealership after finding an 09 Clubman S for sale via the internet. Since I'm from Ohio, I needed a good sales rep to work with. Marc Cohen was my first contact. I met Marc several years ago, beside my 2002 mini cooper at a GBC event. He offered that when I was ready to get my next one, to give him a call. I did. 8:30 a.m. I emailed Mini of Baltimore County regarding an online ad. 9:00 a.m. Cheri responded the car was available and recommended I come ASAP since another party was interested. Several emails passed between us, and I confirmed I would be there that evening. 6:45 p.m I called Cheri in transit to the dealer. 7:00 p.m. Arrived and was greeted by Matt, who was busy with another customer. Great people; great service. The clubman jcw was listed at a fair price with a reasonable discount. The team worked to get everything done as quickly as humanly possible - it was worth the drive from New Jersey to get a great car at a great deal and with great service

I had an excellent experience with the MINI dealership in Baltimore, specifically with Andy Evans. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very (very!) patient with my decision-making. At no point was he pushy or irritated with the fact that I spent hours at the dealer without committing to buying a car.
