This is my second mini and I will probably never take it anywhere else for service. These guys keep it honest and make it convenient. The waiting area is comfortable and clean as well. Thanks you all so much for your hard work mini of Baltimore. And my car always comes back freshly washed and vacuumed!

"This is our second visit to MINI of Baltimore County for..." This is our second visit to MINI of Baltimore County for service, this time rodent damage. Jonathan "Yoni" Baron was very helpful and patient. It turns out that squirrels eating power steering wiring is covered by insurance. Yoni interacted with insurance, got them what they needed, answered my questions and even helped out with an extra picture at the end. Loved the video on what needed to be done. Great experience, considering repairs are never fun.
