Yoni was responsive, reassuring and communicated with me throughout the service and repair. I was very happy with his customer service, the precautions he took given the pandemic and the ease of coordinating the repair and lender vehicle. Overall a great first experience.

"My battery died in my mini convertible and I was..." My battery died in my mini convertible and I was struggling to get it restarted. Alan my service manager called me several times to walk me through the process and then assured me that mini roadside assistance would tow the car at no cost if need be. Was able to get the car to the dealer change to the battery did all the electronic work needed all at no charge. I can’t say enough about how great The service department is an Allen in particular.
