The buying process was easy with no pressure even though I probably test drove 6 cars over several visits as I was making my decision. the service staff was always available to help you get acquainted with the features of the car and listen to your issues.

"Mini of BalCo has taken great care of me and my 2012..." Mini of BalCo has taken great care of me and my 2012 Cooper Hardtop for 8 years. Working with them is stress-free. Yoni and Allen are great at getting me in, getting me a loaner car if needed, explaining necessary repairs to me, and letting me know what repairs can wait a few months. They keep me informed as the work is being done, and usually beat their time estimates for completion. Very professional.

They always work hard to fit me in as soon as possible, answer questions over the phone before the appointment, and are very transparent with their recommendations.
