"A Friend in Need--Excellent and Compassionate Service" As I was driving my husband to the hospital for major surgery, in a city not my own, my oil pressure light went on. While he was in the OR, I called MINI of Baltimore and spoke with Yoni Baron. He offered to have someone pick the car up at the hospital and bring it to his shop. "Great first experience" I got great service from Mini of Baltimore County. It was my first service experience as my mini just turned one year old. I got a convenient service appointment, a short wait while they examined my vehicle and a loaner car when it turned out that they needed to keep it overnight. I was assisted every step of the way by Yoni, who was both cheerful and confident. 5 star experience!
