Five Star rating for Mini ol Nashville because they were honest, communicative, fast, reasonably priced and effective! I was especially appreciative of their willingness to communicate w/ the used car dealership I bought the car from, regarding the warranty I had purchased. Carlos took care of tedious details,, so I wouldn’t have to! Finally, when I picked my car up, it was so clean my husband and I did not recognize it ! Five stars for Mini of Nashville!!

Our car sells Dealer Tyler, was great never pressured us into buying athe car . He always answered all the questions we had amd took his time to show us How certain things worked if we did not know . Great to see that he reaches out to check how things are going every since we bought the car.. But definitely would recommend these guys because they don't come across like sales people More like you're talking to a friend.

I recently bought a CPO 2014 Mini Cooper, in the past 6 months, I have had a few things here and there pop up that needed to be fixed. MINI of Nashville is over an hour from home, but I will continue to take my car there. Their employees are spot on when taking care of you, making sure all your needs are met. They even do a complimentary wash, retrieve the car from the lot for you, supply you with a loaner vehicle if needed, and always make sure all your MINI needs are met. Very impressed with service at Mini of Nashville!! Professional and efficient. Never had service on a vehicle as thorough as theirs and I absolutely love driving away with a spic n' span washed vehicle! They make you feel proud to be a member of the Mini family.
Debbie was our Service Advisor. She did a great job walking us through the repair service and allowing us to meet the service tech and show us the source of the leak. Repairs were made and Debbie did everything she could to make sure we were happy. They provided a two year warranty on the work, which is great.
It was an easy Mini buying experience. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I would recommend Mini of Nashville for your next motoring experience!!
