Awesome service! ! Carol and Celeste were great to work with and Ross was pretty cool! These people are so great! I was very scared about buying a car since I'd been messed up on another car buy somewhere else before. But Carol and Celeste truly made this a great experience. I just bought a 2015 Countryman from Mini of Kennesaw and I was very satisfied with their service! Everyone here is great and helpful. Daniel from Sales helped assist me in my first brand new Mini. He answered all of my millions of questions and was very patient with me. I must have test drove at least 5 cars the day i bought my car and he didn't hesitate one bit. The staff there are amazing and friendly... I feel like I didn't just buy a car but joined a family also. Great people! If you aren't hard headed and you understand that this is a place of business after all, the staff works very well with you and your needs. Just tell them where you are and what you need, and in my experience, they have done nothing but been one of the greatest dealerships I've ever worked with. Definitely established a high bar for customer service for me in the future with other dealerships!
Phil was great as he helped me get acquainted with my new Mini and also was able to advise on what was best for me!! I would highly recommend the dealership (Phil, in particular) to all of my friends and family:)
